LU CÒRI

LU CÒRI

NERO D'AVOLA MENFI DOC

A sensual and fascinating Nero d’Avola with a spicy and lively saline character, this wine truly represents the intriguing Sicilian terroir where it is produced.

The wine has a bright ruby red color with intense shades of violet; its bouquet shows marine aromas, scents of mulberries and raspberries, pickle notes and a touch of light spices.

It is fragrant and full on the palate, with soft velvety tannins that shape a vibrant, Mediterranean personality.

RIVEDIBILE

RIVEDIBILE

VINO ROSSO

A playful and highly drinkable red wine that breaks the rules of many conventional protocols, Rivedibile is the «enfant terrible» of every tasting commission.

I am not sure whether I chose him or he chose me: the fact is, this wine slipped out so iridescent and unpredictable that it was impossible for me to tame its personality.

Either way, I like it like this: fresh like the sea breeze that blows through the vineyards, savory and spicy like the aromatic herbs that grow wild along the Belìce River.

ALBA MARINA

ALBA MARINA

ORANGE PET-NAT

Albamarina is the sun rising from the ocean in the magnificent Gulf of Porto Palo, the shimmering light of a summer morning over the deep blue sea. It is grapes that absorb from the sea their saline freshness.

It is Grillo fermented in a very spontaneous way, immensely juicy with a good drinking flow, which is a lot of fun in the glass. It's the perfect aperitivo for hot summer days, and a great companion to fish and seafood.

Drink it cloudy for a rounder mouth feeling, or disgorge before pouring for a cleaner, sharper taste.

NO TRIX

NO TRIX

PERRICONE TERRE SICILIANE IGT

NoTrix is a vibrant, dynamic red that refuses any "make-up." It is a wine of transparency and character.

In the glass, it shows a lively ruby color with violet hues, leading to a playful nose of red berries and geranium. On the palate, its tannins define a medium-bodied structure where spicy notes of star anise and ginger emerge against a persistent saline finish.

This is the essence of Perricone, and exactly how I want this wine to be: no tricks and no frills, far removed from winemaking styles that do not belong to the authentic traditions of Menfi.

TIVITTI

TIVITTI

INZOLIA MENFI DOC

Fresh and pleasant like the briny wind blowing from the Mediterranean, this Inzolia comes from young vineyards planted in Tenuta Belicello and is a charming white wine that offers pure Sicilian pleasure at every sip.

Bright straw yellow with a greenish hue, the wine has a fresh and charming bouquet of pear, broom and almond blossoms that melt into lush and intense scents of white peach and fine herbs.

On the palate, its juicy taste of white ripe fruit is well balanced by a pleasant acidity and an intense saline finish.
