- Monday, Nov 21st, Denver: Coperta is the new restaurant of Paul and Aileen Reilly, owners of the very popular Beast + Bottle, which recently opened Uptown Denver at 400 E 20th Avenue. Paul will design a special Southern Italian menu to pair with four wines, dinner starts at 6.30 pm.
